Schedule of Museum Hours The Atchison County Historical Society is open for regular Winter Hours 9-5 Monday through Friday 9-4 on Saturdays noon-4 on Sundays
The Museum WILL be open Friday, Saturday, Sunday after CHRISTMAS Friday noon - 4, Saturday 10-4 and Sunday noon-4 The exhibit was originally scheduled to close following Sunday, Dec. 28th - but we have been given an additional four days before the exhibit closes in Kansas and is packed and sent back to Washington D.C.
FINAL EXHIBIT DAYS AND HOURS Dec. 24th - Christmas Eve - 9 a.m. - noon Dec. 25th - Christmas Day - Closed Friday, Dec. 26th - noon - 4 p.m. - free coffee day Saturday, Dec. 27th - 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. - free coffee day Sunday, Dec. 28th - noon - 4 p.m. - free coffee day Monday, Dec. 29th - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. - BONUS DAY Tuesday, Dec. 30th - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. - BONUS DAY Dec. 31st - New Year's Eve - 9 a.m. - noon - BONUS DAY Jan. 1, 2009 - New Year's Day - Closed Jan. 2, 2009 - Closed Saturday, Jan. 3rd - 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. - FINAL DAY OF NEW HARMONIES Saturday, January 3rd we will have free coffee during the day and from 10 am- 1 pm Atchison musician Don Prohaska will entertain in the museum playing old time music. Come join the fun and don't miss out on the last day of New Harmonies in Kansas.
